I ate this fish for dinner tonight! YIKES! Look at those teeth! Ben told me that once they bite they don't let go, even if you cut their heads off! It tasted about as good as it looked, despite the sour cream, tomato puree, garlic, onion and black olives! OK, it really wasn't that bad. I took seconds and doggie bag home from our neighbor's.
In Norwegian it is called steinbit (literally "rock bite"). I guess its a type of wolf fish?
